In the basement of our house, I’m building and operating a freelanced HO scale (1:87) layout inspired by the BNSF and Rio Grande. I’ve always been fascinated by the scenery, history and operations of the trains in the American West, so my layout combines elements of both railroads in a fictional miniature world.
