Hi, I'm René — an amateur photographer based in Switzerland with a passion for capturing the beauty in everyday moments. Whether it's the quiet scene, a busy city street, the character of a classic vehicle, or the mechanical charm of old machines, I’m always looking for those little details that tell a story.
I’ve also had a lifelong fascination with railroads — both real and miniature. There’s just something captivating about the way trains move: steady, powerful, and full of history.
By profession, I’m an electrical engineer. At heart, I’m drawn to travel, motorcycles, timeless design, and anything with a bit of history and soul.
Photography, for me, is a way to slow down and notice the things that usually go unseen — especially the parts others might walk right past.
This site is a personal archive of the places I've explored, the machines I've admired, and the moments that caught my eye.
If you'd like to connect — whether to collaborate, talk photography, or swap train stories — feel free to reach out. I'd love to hear from you.
Thank you!
